Contact enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, city or country and message, plus any optional company and telephone details you provide. We use this information to respond, assess your requirements, prepare proposals and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Enquiries are delivered to Al Mahara through Microsoft 365. Access is limited to personnel who need it for sales, technical or administrative follow-up. We retain correspondence according to our business, contractual and legal requirements, then delete it when it is no longer required.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website. We use an IP-derived country code to choose an initial website language for visitors from Iraq and Saudi Arabia. We do not use this feature to determine a precise location, and the website does not store the visitor’s IP address for language selection. A visitor’s manual language choice is stored in their browser. The enquiry form also uses limited technical checks to reduce automated spam and abuse.
Maps and external websites
Location maps are provided by Google. Loading an embedded map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies under its own policies. Links to Facebook and other external websites are governed by those providers’ policies.

You may ask about personal information you submitted, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by using the contact form or calling one of our offices. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
